Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Associate Professor to join the Department of Pedagogy of Tamil at JKKN College of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality education to our students, and contributing to the overall development of the College.

Responsibilities

Teach courses in the field of Pedagogy of Tamil at both undergraduate and graduate levels Conduct research in the area of Pedagogy of Tamil and publish research findings in academic journals Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives Mentor and advise students, both inside and outside of the classroom Contribute to the development and review of curriculum and course materials

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Pedagogy of Tamil or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching at the university level Strong research and publication record in the field of Pedagogy of Tamil Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a passion for learning among students

Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
