Responsibilities

Developing and delivering engaging and effective lesson plans in the field of emergency medical technology. Assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams. Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and knowledge. Staying current with developments and advancements in the field of emergency medical services and incorporating this knowledge into the curriculum. Mentoring and advising students, providing guidance on their careers and helping them to reach their full potential. Collaborating with other faculty members to develop and deliver a comprehensive and well-rounded education. Participating in professional development activities to maintain and enhance their teaching skills and expertise in the field. Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment in the classroom. Managing administrative tasks related to the course, such as grading, attendance, and record-keeping. Encouraging student engagement and participation in class and providing opportunities for hands-on learning experiences. Eligibility fields: Relevant education. Certifications: Some institutions may require certifications such as Paramedic, Registered Nurse, or Emergency Medical Technician. Work experience: Several years of work experience in the field of emergency medicalservices. Teaching experience.
