Job Description

the Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a qualified Professor . The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service in the Department. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the college's vision of being a leading global innovative solutions provider for the ever-changing needs of society.

Responsibilities

Teach mechanical engineering courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to reflect current trends in the field Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in the field of mechanical engineering Advise and mentor students in the department Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other service activities as required Qualifications: A doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution A strong record of teaching, research, and service in the field of Mechanical Engineering Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
