Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our faculty as a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and significant research experience, contributing to the education of future pharmaceutical professionals. This full-time position requires a commitment to teaching, mentoring students, and engaging in scholarly research, with a focus on enhancing the academic reputation of our institution. The successful candidate will be expected to publish academic papers, collaborate with colleagues on research projects, and actively participate in academic administration and curriculum development. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in Pharmaceutics. Conduct innovative research in the field of Pharmaceutics and publish findings in reputable journals. Supervise and mentor graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in research projects. Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and academic governance. Develop and revise the curriculum to meet educational standards and industry needs. Engage in community outreach and professional collaborations to enhance research and academic initiatives. Maintain an active professional presence through participation in conferences and professional organizations. Requirements Doctorate in Pharmaceutics or a related field (Ph.D.) and M.Pharma. 10-30 years of relevant academic and professional experience, with a proven track record in teaching and research. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed academic journals. Experience in academic administration and curriculum development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment. A passion for educating and mentoring students in their academic and professional journeys.
