Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Biostatistics to join our department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. They will have a strong understanding of Biostatistics and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics or a related field Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively use technology in the classroom Experience in research and publication in Biostatistics Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Biostatistics Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, assignments, exams, and supplementary materials Provide academic support and mentorship to students Participate in departmental meetings and committees Contribute to the research and academic activities of the department Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest developments in Biostatistics and education Eligible Fields: Biostatistics Statistical methods in health sciences Epidemiology Data analytics and modeling Medical statistics Public health and epidemiology
