B T Assistant in Social Studies

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B.T. Assistant to join our Department of Social Science. The B.T. Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the social science teachers in delivering high-quality education to students at the higher secondary level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep knowledge of social science, and an ability to inspire students to excel.

Responsibilities

Assist social science teachers in designing and implementing a comprehensive social science curriculum that aligns with the school's vision and mission. Work with teachers to create engaging and interactive lessons to students at the higher secondary level. Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams. Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals. Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide regular reports to parents and school administrators. Help maintain an organized and well-equipped classroom. Perform any other duties assigned by the department head.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field. Excellent knowledge of social science subjects such as History, Geography, and Political Science. Passion for teaching and working with students at the higher secondary level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. A commitment to staying up-to-date with advancements in social science and integrating new teaching methods and technologies into the classroom.
