Associate Professor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Associate Professor for the Department of Bachelor of Pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the college's mission and vision by providing outstanding education and training to students. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, conducting research in the field of pharmacy, and providing leadership to the department.

Responsibilities

Teach and develop undergraduate courses in the field of pharmacy Conduct research in the field of pharmacy and publish findings in relevant journals Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty members and students Participate in the development of departmental and college-wide initiatives Contribute to the development of the college by participating in departmental and college-wide committees Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance expertise in the field of pharmacy

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field is required Strong teaching and mentoring experience is preferred Demonstrated research expertise and a track record of publications in the field of pharmacy Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds Strong leadership and interpersonal skills A commitment to the college's mission and vision Eligible fields: Pharmaceutical Sciences Pharmacology Pharmacy Practice Clinical Pharmacy Pharmacotherapy Pharmacoeconomics
