Job Description

The Associate Professor in the Department of MBA will be responsible for teaching and research activities. The individual will contribute to the academic programs and assist with developing the curriculum. The Associate Professor will also be involved in student mentoring, research, and outreach programs.

Qualifications

a Ph.D. in Management with relevant experience in research, teaching, and industry. The candidate must have a strong academic record with experience in curriculum development, research, and student mentoring. In addition, the candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest trends in the field of Management. excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to promoting the college's vision and mission.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering course content and materials for MBA programs Mentoring and advising students in the MBA program, including supervising research projects and internships Conducting research and contributing to the academic field through publications and presentations Collaborating with colleagues and administration to develop and implement curricula, policies, and programs that align with the college's mission and vision Participating in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the field of MBA.
