Job Description

The Department of Radiology and Imaging Technology is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join its faculty as an Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, a commitment to student success, and a strong background in the field of radiology and imaging technology.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in radiology and imaging technology Mentor and advise students Engage in ongoing research and publication in the field Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures Participate in departmental and college-wide committees and initiatives

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree in Radiology, Medical Physics, or a related field Relevant teaching experience in a college or university setting Strong record of research and publication in the field of radiology and imaging technology Ability to effectively communicate with students, faculty, and staff Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the classroom and in the workplace

Eligibility

Minimum of 3 years of teaching and/or research experience in the field of radiology and imaging technology Ability to obtain or hold appropriate certification or licensure in the field
