Job Description

As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school. You will work closely with the school management and staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with the school management and staff to plan and implement school policies and procedures Overseeing student enrollment and admission processes Managing student records and data, including attendance, grades, and disciplinary records Preparing and managing the school budget Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Supervising support staff, including administrative assistants and maintenance personnel Handling inquiries from parents, students, and external stakeholders Ensuring compliance with government regulations and school policies Planning and organizing school events and activities

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in school administration or a similar role Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Strong leadership and management skills Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles Ability to work collaboratively with school management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders
